IVY TECH US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR H-1B TECHHIRE PROGRAM
Provided ongoing technical assistance and administrative support, including internal controls and compliance, for a federally-funded program targeted to youth interested in careers in technology and advanced manufacturing.
INDIANA FISCAL POLICY INSTITUTE
Executive leadership and research lead for Indiana's premier not-for-profit governmental research organization. The IFPI is the only independent source of continuing research into the effect of taxing policies and spending practices in Indiana.
INDIANA WORKFORCE BOARD ALLIANCE
Provide ongoing policy, strategy, and association management for the Workforce Development Boards of Indiana.
PURDUE MANUFACTURING EXTENSION PARTNERSHIP
Facilitated program design and implementation for Opportunities in Manufacturing program, which provides boot camp-style manufacturing and career readiness training for youth and adults who are interested in careers in manufacturing. Also provided assistance with planning and communications during Covid-19.
INDIANA FEDERATION FOR ADVANCED MANUFACTURING EDUCATION
Expansion of statewide program to three new employer-led manufacturing sector partnerships in Indiana to provide a pipeline of global-best talent through the Advanced Manufacturing Technician (AMT) program. Ongoing technical assistance to new partnerships in southwest, central, and northeast Indiana.
